I was very skeptical about ordering through a site other than amazon . However since this product was not available on amazon, i ordered the freeclip earbuds through RTC. I was pleasantly surprised buy the customer service. I was promptly updated about the tracking number and i received the product within 24 hours. Not only that the RTC team messaged me to confirm if i received the product after delivery. The customer service is too good. About the product i just love the Huawei FreeClip they sound really good for the size. Love the form factor, very easy on the ears. Will definitely recommend.
